terms of service
GENERAL
- I DO NOT ALLOW MY ART TO BE USED FOR NFTS NOR AI.
- Commissions are for non-commercial use unless discussed. Commercial prices are 300% the original price.
- I reserve the rights to the produced images as the artist. Unless stated by the commissioner to withhold their commissioned piece from publicity, I am allowed to stream my work and post them on my social media for samples/portfolio usage to promote myself.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission, no questions asked.
PAYMENT
- Prices are in USD. Paypal fees exclusive. Paypal only. Full payment upfront.
- I'll be sending an invoice once I confirm your commission order.
- Do not send payment before receiving an invoice. I will not be responsible for any lost payment.
- Refunds are available only before I start the sketch. Paypal fees incurred in the initial payment will be deducted upon refund.
- No Refunds after I have sent in an initial sketch.
TURN-OVER
- Turn around will differ per commission piece. The bigger the request, the longer the time required to finish the commission.
- Unless there is a deadline to be met, it may take me 1 to 3 months depending on my current workload.
- If you require an urgent commission, I reserve the right to ask for a RUSH fee (25%-100% price of the commission).
REVISIONS
- Two (2) small revisions are only allowed during the sketch stage. There will be an additional revision fee for the 3rd and final revision so please be very specific with what you want during the discussion of your commission.
- Additional fees will also apply for a significant revision of the commission. (i.e. change of pose)
- There will strictly be No Refunds for revision fees.
PROCESS
1. Fill out the form when the commission is open. Email me when you have a clear idea of what you would like to commission.2. Regardless if I have accepted your commission or not, I will reply.3. Discussion of your commission will be through your preferred contact. Be very specific with what you want during the discussion of your commission as there will be an additional fee for the 3rd revision as well as a big revision after the sketch stage.4. I will invoice for payment once the sketch has been finalized.5. I will send progress images of the commission when ready. Please provide all change requests and suggestions at this period of time. You can request for updates but please exercise discretion. I am only human 🥺6. Progress time will vary depending on the complexity of the commission and my schedule, but I will do my best to complete it as soon as possible.7. Completed full-size artwork PNG will be sent through email.
